Here's what the card does...although I won't go into great detail, I will say that it works with a plastic bag!! lol Here's a link for a tutorial on Split Coast Stampers...man, that website is truely awesome. You can see it here. Anyways, you pull up on the top flap through the hole in the front (I need to add a ribbon for easy grasping), and the top and bottom slide out together. Sooooo cute!
